ManEx Training and Consulting Services
ManEx Technical and Implementation Consulting Services (through independent consultants) provide on-site and/or phone solutions to your needs through all phases of your implementation, installation, training and ongoing operation. Technical and application experts consult and provide the guidance necessary to effectively integrate ManEx into your organization. With these services, you achieve gains in productivity and control.
There are four areas of services provided by ManEx Technical and Consulting Services. They are: Pre-installation and Implementation Project Management; Sales and Accounting Management; Materials Management; and Production Management.

Custom Programming Service
Our manufacturing application consultants and application programmers can provide consulting and custom programming services to use ManEx specific to functions particular to your business requirements. We can modify or add to the software to meet your exact specifications as your off-site MIS department.
ManEx provides from design concepts, programming, to testing and documentation service. Depending on the nature of the project, ManEx quotes as time and material or flat project fee.
Customer Support and Update Service
Customer Support and Update service (CSUA) is ManEx's software support program. This comprehensive service includes telephone support service, software enhancements, system software maintenance, and user documentation updates. CSUA program ensures you get maximum benefit from your Manex investment. Please review the Annual Software Support and Update Service Agreement in the About Manex section in the software.

Planning & Installation
Implementation Team
- This is the first step of installation installing and implementing Manex. We advise that your company involves implementation training consultants to help you from this process forward.
- Identify and assemble implementation core team members from each functional department or group
- Assign project leader/coordinator
Implementation Scheduling
- Define implementation strategy:
--Review current method of operation
--Perform gap analysis
--Mapping strategy analysis
--Plan and develop process reengineering method
- Define implementation phases and time line (which modules to activate in phases)
- Assign time line responsibility to each department heads
- Review, correct and implement system according to phase time line
Installation
- Hardware and Network Preparation (see requirements list)
- Review the Implementation Work Book section of the Manual (available in Customer Service section of the Manex website)
- Download Manex software on-line. Provide following Information to ManEx for software system configuration: Company Name, Address, Main Phone Number, Fax Number, Main Contact/s Name, Phone and eMail Address.
- ManEx will provide the software download information and instructions over the email
- Manex installation on server
- Work station configuration and setup for Manex use

- Review each item in system setup section and its purpose
- Flow diagram on how each prepared item is linked and used in operational chain
- Define and complete each item in system setup
(A sample template is preinstalled in the system to save implementation time. Please review the setup data and make necessary modification to better fit your company's operation.)
User Access Setup (System & Accounting)
- Identify all user groups and setup access level templates
- Assign user access rights and modify as necessary
Review System Manager & Utilities

- Introduction to Material Management Rules Based setup audit the template information for possible modification
- Manex parts schema review plus the internal part template database (create internal part numbers for additional commonly used parts, use customer part number with 3 character customer prefix in the front for customer unique components and assemblies.)

Implementation Review
- Review previous visit to insure data are prepared and entered correctly and modules are used properly.
- Training review and questions & answer session
- Fine tune methods and training as necessary
Post Implementation Periodic Review
- Six months review to fine tune the process and implement additional new requirements.
- Periodic consulting and training as needed to fill new requirements.
